After You

My immediate reaction was Jesus was saying “after you” to the dude with the funny hat and letting him go through the door first. This ofcourse, got me thinking.

Jesus always lets us go first. He lets us choose which way to go and what we want to do. If we would only know our place and let him go first. Then we could follow and all would be good. Who is that shadowy man standing by the doorway? Is his a murderer? a thief? Only Jesus knows and only He would know whether it was safe to go through. Mouse over the face to see who it is.

Matthew 4:19
"Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men."

Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
