  * SOAP / Patient chart 
      * Add/remove/modify Past Medical History, Social History, Family History, Allergies
      * Front-end for add/remove/modify Medication (changes won't be saved). Need exhaustive values for each entry.
        * Need to verify if http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/prodpharma/databasdon/dpd_bdpp_data_extract-eng.php is a good source of drug/medication list

    * In progress; database schema determined; some preliminary code changes made but more testing required
