===== Clinic update =====
  * Trialed self registration 
    * only with demographics
    * with history 
    * patients not arriving early enough.
      * not feasible to do long registration.
      * sometimes patients finish it in the exam room or after the appointment.
    * need to figure out a better system of registration
      * some parts need to filled out by doctor.
      * jon to revisit entire process
  * Zaw refocusing efforts about deficiency list 
  * Edmonton amalgamated with physio clinic 
  * pharmacies in a month
  * windermere is 3rd site.  possession in late 2013.  operational in 2014.  
  * calgary site 2 might be 3rd site.  late 2013 potentially.

    * lots of bug fixes
    * working on deficiency list
    * almost done templates
    * CT and MRI for ms in.
  * Mike: 
    * working on family history drop down
      * should use different auto complete lists
      * family history
        * needs more fields
         * disease (breast cancer)
         * relative drop down (mother)
         * age of diagnosis (51)
         * comment
        * displayed in single line.  Entered in multiple fields   
      * social history 
        * auto complete.  Smoking, numebr of packs per day etc
      * allergies
        * auto complete.  Allergy, type of reaction (anaphylactic shock)
  * Jackson:
     * went to clinic on Fri to shadow nurse.
     * fixing appointment statuses
       * in scheduler
       * in add/edit appointments
     * has three other issues assigned already
     * Setting up testing environment on Virtual Machine
  * Should go through deficiency list in more detail
  * Mike to taper off participation in next 3-4 months.  Stop completely by Jan.  Still needs to talk to Karen.  Don't expect major changes until end of January.
  * Jon reviewed billing entries.  Specific cases.  
    * no shows need to be marked differently with billing outputs.  Auto put no show code.  or cancelled.  appointment and soap note are there.
    * ACTION Zaw:  need to handle cancelled or no shows.  Should not show up in billing.  SOAP note? <- after deficiency list.

    * new version of req, old version of instructions.
