  * Start moving computer equip starting sept 19th
  * Soft start week of Sept 24th. 
  * opening on Sept 24th for training and what not.
  * Jon has patients scheduled for 27th.

  * Mike:  Accuro software simulator
    * Testing on windows tedious.  3 hours of testing.
    * Code committed before end of this week.
    * Video instructions
    * Sumiko and Minnie can test after Mike finishes his testing.  ACTION Mike contact Sumiko when he is ready.
  * Zaw: 
    * Bugs
    * ID's need to be attached to Physician (profile) 
      * CPSA is associated with each physician.
      * BA is associated with each physician.  Required for submitting code to governemt
      * WCB ID is like BA for WCB
      * Facility Codes - for clinic.  Added to lab requisition.  There is a space on top.
      * Functional Centres - for clinic.
      * Contract ID for WCB - for clinic.
    * ACTION Zaw: remove brian boyd from Calgary Routine form
    * physician lab code should be there.
    * ACTION jon will get stamps and let Zaw know if anything is missing.
    * jonathan chan instead of jon chan.
    * ACTION Zaw: author of requisition can only delete docs
    * ACTION Zaw: "requisitions" should be under correspondence panel
      * subtype: labs, radiology etc.
    * ACTION deleted appointments / soap notes
      * reception view: to delete appointments  (deleted - DDMMYY, reason).
      * chart view to delete soap notes (soap deleted)
      * filter to show/hide both.
    * ACTION create soap note without appointment
      * rename visit history -> encounters
      * two buttons -> create and delete (soap notes)

  * Jackson spoke with Donna and sent her the most updated gap analysis document
    * She will review and flag any must have items.
  * Labs wiki page updated with relevant contact info etc.

    * doc at top of wiki page explains procedures.
      * needs PIA, and VCUR compliance.
        * should check with Jeff.
    * waiting back for original email to Jeff R.  Sent another email.

  * need training schedule
      * train at clinic last week of September (mid week).
      * closer to opening date, the better.  Fresh in mind.
