    * all priority 1 form for calgary are in. ACTION Jon to review
    * we can save data you type into PDF.
      * steps to enable saving pdf lab forms on a workstation

    * Accuro medcloud integration
      * accuro us not a true web app.  It uses citrix to stream a local app.
        * it has not import method
        * does not supply accessibility features over citrix 
    * we have a do-able plan.  Automate the data entry by simulating a user entering the data.
      * hard to detect errors, delays
      * user has to click submit
    * medcloud native billing
      * locking does not signify readiness to submit
      * make copy of claims so billing data can be manipulated by billing assistant
      * future
        * catch rejections before they are sent 
        * detect missed billing opportunities
          * ex) EMR can tell doctor about missed physical, larger exam code etc...
        * automatic fix it on rejected claims
