===== Clinic updates =====
  * Medaccess live Dec 14
  * data transfer is mixed results
    * demos went over correctly
    * schedule went over correctly
    * issues with formatting of past visits
    * they can accept documents fine
    * only received parameters for data the past monday
  * Had 6 doctors working this week, moas and back staff
    * Glitchy on one or two days
    * display date shorter?

  * Zaw working hard on data migration
    * new feature requests
  * Mike got what he needs for allergies
    * making some changes 
    * tested sign out timer.  Seems to work fine.
    * might need to try on a clinic computer.
    * will try testing with regular timeout period
    * doesn't time out properly
      * mike will continue to look at it.
  
  * Jackson:   
    * root cause is appointmentPatientCheck.php, 'deleted'=>array('$ne',true), is causing the function to return count zero instead of the actual number of appointments on the day.  It was added for drag and drop.
    * will update code and check double appointment on one day no warning bug
