  * data transfer
    * Med Access Sam should have everything he needs.  
    * ACTION Zaw will follow up with Sam again.
  * elabs
    * finished parsing data
    * going well
    * started creating the documents needed for verification
    * doesn't look too hard
      * a weeks work left before verification
    * ACTION Jackson to contact deane to setup time for verification
  * SOAP redesign
    * reception is confused by schedule on chart view
    * schedule should affect chart person selected
      * but selecting encounter should not change the schedule
    * schedule is doctor's appointment schedule.  Has nothing to do with chart.
    * old encounters should not fill into the form.
    * click new/create to add encounter.  Should always be at top regardless of sorting etc.
