  * Implementing logging of locking and unlocking of the SOAP notes
    * currently requests a reason for unlocking
    * another week.

===== Zaw's Stuff For The Week =====

  * Added patient data from Jon
  * Added color-coded legend for week/month receptionView
  * SendBugReport feature (currently sends email to Zaw)
  * Added role restrictions based on access table (without features requiring patient-consent and AlliedHealth stuff)
  * Different interface for Receptionist, Doctor/Nurse, Administrator
  * Only Administrators can add users/staff and rooms (password sent in email notification)
  * User/staff can change email (or Administrator can reset password)
  * Backend for Patient Medications
