  *  Zaw: 
    * Just a status update on billing and elabs. I left a couple of voicemails for both places. I managed to get a hold of the billing people (Nancy) when I called them a third time. As for elabs (Dean), I'll try to contact him again tomorrow. 
    * Nancy tells me that after we finish the assessment validation portion, we're done the accreditation process and will be on their list of billing vendors. From what I understand, each clinic will use their own billing prefix with any billing/EMR vendor. As for how long it'd take to get the assessment portion done on our end, I'd estimate about 2 weeks. 

  * I identifying places in UI where priviledges are needed.  Has frame work.
