  * ACTION Jackson and Zaw to meet Tues evening about user state/time/date

  * ACTION Jackson - Move bug list to google doc spreadsheet, send out to everyone.

  * User roles and restrictions/permissions done.
  * will work on lab forms next week
  * questions about medications

  * each complaint is locked separately currently.
    * should lock the whole appointment
    * The person who locked it is the author.  ACTION Only this person should be able to modify it.  For now, we will allow other doctors to unlock each other.
    * admin should be able to unlock notes
  * will work on visualizing the data
    * going back to look at data once in 5 years, so don't make it fancy
    * current user/role/admin in shared.php roles.php
 * Mike should be able to look at billing the week after.
