  * Install Virtual Box
    * http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/virtualbox/downloads/index.html
  * Create a VM with 1gb mem and 20 gb diskspace
    * enable network on VM in machine->settings->network
  * Install Cent OS 6
    * http://vault.centos.org/6.0/isos/x86_64/
    * CentOS-6.0-x86_64-netinstall.iso 
    * mount with virtual CD to drive (F?)
  * Start VM (first time).  Pick drive F to boot from.   
  * Add a second network adaptor with host only networking.
  * Install gnome
    * sudo yum groupinstall "Desktop" "Desktop Platform" "X Window System" "Fonts"
