  * Nurses, doctors, allied health should have different access / edit ability be default. 
    * should be an override defaults for specific users (if the patient gives permissions).
      * ex.  Patient signs waver allowing doctor to see physio SOAP notes
  * Clinical SOAP notes and Allied health Notes need to be **stored separately?  tagged only?**

===== Locking =====

  * SOAP Charts need to be locked (signed) by doctors
  * once it is locked, you should not be able to modify it unless you unlock it.
    * if you unlock to modify it, the EMR needs to log the modification history (after you relock it). 


===== Tracking / Logging =====
  * Every edit (permanent save) to a SOAP note needs to be tracked and logged once the chart has already been locked (once).
    * Date
    * Person making modification
    * Change made
