We can import appointment data from both Med Access and Accuro for the autodialer appointment reminders. Below are the instructions to export the data on a daily basis. I've sent Corey the info to get it set up on his end.
b. In the “Criteria” section, click on the plus sign beside the “Appointment” criteria.
c. Fill in the date range you want to generate the report for (normally 7 days ahead). If it's currently Monday evening, you would select Tuesday for the first field and next Tuesday for the second field.
d. In the “Reports” section, select “Appointment List”.
e. Click on the “Print Preview” (the printer icon) to save the Appointment List.
c. Select “Day Sheet” in the “Scheduling” section.
d. In the “Step 2” section, add the date you want to generate the report for (normally 7 days ahead). If it's currently Monday evening, you would add Tuesday through next Tuesday.
e. Click on the “Generate Export” button to save the Appointment List. You may have to browse to your “Local Disk” in the Save Dialog window to save the file onto your computer.
