You should also ask for details on the communication setup for the Provincial Health Integration Engine (pHIE). You will receive results by connecting to pHIE.

- (Thursday 15-Dec-2011) Told to contact Alberta Health Services by Help Desk person, Darcy (extension 8270). Apparently, Dynalife doesn't deal with any EMR vendors.

- (Thursday 15-Dec-2011) Called Alberta Health Services - Client Services & Laboratory Inquiries at 1-877-868-6848. They (Cheryl 780-342-8250) seemed to understand our situation. She says she'll look up who can guide us through the process and get back to me on Monday.
- (Thursday 15-Dec-2011) Cheryl says their IT people (Security Office) will contact me to guide us through the process, for both Calgary Lab Services and Dynalife. If they don't do so within a few days, we're to contact Cheryl.
