I think that the linking flows well, I would like to have some explanations for some of the screens and how they would work.
The physician view looks very nice.

Each physician will have its own preferences, I think having a uniform flow will help new employees with the tasks so as not to cause confusion.

Having linking headings looks like a good options you might want to add a few of ours; ie, “Chart transferred in” would help.

I think if there are too many linking options it gets to be overwhelming when trying to link in volume and if you are going to have many types of physicians and different specialities it may become a very intense task.
(As you have heard I sometimes miss some details in the document and therefore link incorrectly or without as much detail as possible sometimes)

I think the reception work desk may be overwhelming but I would need to see a bigger screen.

1. Consider writing an external exe/app that is on the client computer that is run from the javascript
2. Consider using regular scanner software and then just using javascript to upload the files to the server
3. Consider third party software licensing
4. Consider other solutions
