Just because they seem to resolve issues well in forums, it does not mean they do so normally.
Forums are public and they will respond to these quickly or they will lose sales as a result.

You get what you pay for. This is sometimes true. But you may get a crappy host even if you pay more. Some companies mark up their prices just to make there service seem better.

You can’t trust reviews. Many reviews are written by hosting companies or people hired by hosting companies. Therefor they cannot be trusted. Some hosting companies will even write bad reviews about other companies.

Reviews are specific cases. Whether they be good or bad, it does not reflect the general service of the company. It may but it may not. People tend to post reviews when they have problems not when things are going good. A bad review may be 1 in 1000 cases?

Toplists are usually fake. Toplists are usually run by specific hosting companies and are totally biased and fake.
