1. | Jurassic Park (I) | Never get sick of watching this. Best movie evvvar! Love watching this on the projector with the sound cranked. Love the part where the guy fakes electrocution on the electric fence. Newman plays a great villain. The Raptors in the kitchen, -oh and the trembling water cups and puddles… soooo good. Too bad the sequels sucked crap.
2. | Indiana Jones - The Last Crusade (III) | “Only the penitent man will pass”. Sean Connery adds so much to this film. The scene when they are tied up and the fire starts -classic! -oh and when the cup falls and Harrison Ford has to choose after the girl. Soooooo good.
3. | Back To the Future (I) | “Great Scott!” Even the opening scene with all the clocks is amazing… This movie is made great by the sequels. I love how the 2nd one revisits the first film during time travel.
4. | Lord of the Rings (I) | Yes, the Fellowship is my favorite of the three… Then the Two Towers cuz of the battle scenes… Then the last one.
5. | Star Wars (IV) - Return of the Jedi | Yes, I like the Ewoks too. After admitting that I guess I might as well just put it out there, Phantom Menace was better that people give it credit for.
6. | Twister | Too bad this movie is so old. They should update the special effects for HD. Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton have great chemistry and do a great job in this classic film.
7. | Goonies | “Come on, guys, this is our time.” Before there was Pirates of the Caribbean, there was Goonies.
8. | Mary Poppins | Dick Van Dyke shines. I love the Chimney scene and the laughing tea party scene.
9. | The Frighteners | Michael J. Fox and Peter Jackson
10. | Gone in Sixty Seconds | Something with Nic Cage had to make the list! :) It was either this or The Rock. |
I bet after seeing this list, it makes you want to comment on this post… Too bad! Commenting disabled to stop spam…
Wow… that was way harder to write than I thought… hope you enjoyed the list. If you haven't seen one of the top ten, For Shame!!! … you can come over and watch it on the projector! Just ask! I can rewatch them over and over and over and over and over. :)
