Welcome to Bowzoo version 1.0


This blog point contest has been officially scored on Oct 29, 2006. You can no longer gain blog points by playing, but feel free to play if you like.

How to win BowZoo?
  1. Have the best zoo by scoring the highest when the blog point contest ends!
  2. Even at the expense of others! Play like bowser! Hoard items/animals if you need to!
  3. Please only make one zoo per person. Do not make multiple accounts (this will count as cheating)!
How to score more points? (zoo score)
  1. More animals! What's a zoo without animals?
  2. Different animals (some animals give more points than others)!
  3. Build attractions!
  4. The green mushrooms represent your score (and how many blog points you could be awarded)!
How to earn more money? (zoo market)
  1. Get more customers to pay admission to your zoo by making it better!
  2. Get your customers to buy things and spend money!
  3. Sell your animals/items for more than you bought them for (market value fluctuates)!
  4. Sell the animals bred in your zoo!
  5. Your zoo's income will be deposited into your balance at intervals based on what you have in your zoo.
Final Instructions...
  1. Make sure you check back often to make sure you are making the most of your money. Money sitting in your balance won't collect interest.
  2. Make sure you check back often as some items/animals may only appear on the market temporarily.

A few principles.
  1. This script is very simple. If you try to break it, you will.
  2. Nobody likes cheaters.
  3. If you try to cheat, you will probably break the script and spoil the fun for everyone. You will mess up the demand and supply market balance too.
  4. Play honestly so everyone can have fun.
Zoo Tycoon VS BowZoo
  1. In Zoo Tycoon, you strive to build the best zoo for yourself.
  2. In BowZoo, you strive to build the best zoo but are competing with others and using the same resources as them.
  3. The last big difference, is that this is a simple plain text script written by me, not a complex graphical game. So don't expect zoo tycoon.
