As a doctor, I can only read and edit what I have permission to

  1. Doctor should be able to edit and see everything
  2. Exception: They need permission to READ the Allied health SOAP notes and Previous visits. The permission should be some flag which is set if the patient has signed a waiver.

As a nurse, I can only read what I have permission to read

  1. Nurse should only be able to edit the nurses notes and vitals in the Clinical SOAP notes
  2. Nurse should only be able to read past clinical visits
  3. they need permission to READ the Allied health SOAP notes and AH Previous visits. The permission should be some flag which is set if the patient has signed a waiver.
  4. they should only be able to edit the document scanning in terms of tagging and such. They cannot “review and complete” the docs. (future)

As a receptionist, I can only read and edit what I have permission to

  1. Receptionist should only be able to read/edit the scheduler, demographics
  2. Receptionist should only be able to read/edit the document management (future)

As a Allied Health Professional, I can only read and edit what I have permission to

  1. They can read / edit the scheduler, allied health soap notes and AH previous visits
  2. They need permission to read the patient chart. The permission should be some flag which is set if the patient has signed a waiver.
  3. They have limited edit rights to the demographics. They should not be able to edit anything medical related.
  4. They have limited edit rights to the document management. They should only see docs related to AH (future)
