Object

  • Whoever catches the most sasquatches. Tie breaker is the most money!

Game End

  • game ends if one player collects one bigfoot from each country
    • player with all 4 bigfoots wins.
  • game ends if any country cannot be replenished with new land
    • player with most money wins

On Your Turn

You may:

  1. Travel to another country (or not)
  2. Start Adventuring
  3. Get rescued or helicoptered back to town / store

Adventuring on the map

  • cost money to fly to different country
  • Start adventuring
    • always start with the same amount of cards (5)
  1. Draw from deck
    • spend movement points (must be used immediately)
      • when you move adjacent to a space with a token, turn it over to discover it. gain 1 dollar.
      • if it is a sasquatch, it will escape if not caught in the current adventure. Replace with new token.
    • spend hunting points (must be used immediately)
      • take the token if you can afford it.
    • collect food points
      • food points determine how many cards you can draw up on the next turn (if you don't leave).
    • collect money / gold etc via furs, gold, tools etc
  2. Adventuring ends when you run out of food or cards to draw up or if you choose to leave.
    • you can return early
    • the more cards and food that you have, the further you can go.
    • if you run out, return to the store and you can spend.

Each location will have a city
you can purchase food at any City.

Each area will have:

  • A pile of wilderness tiles
  • Each tile will be a hex grid
  • containing one basecamp / helipad
  • some spaces will generate constantly - fruit trees, berries, fish, town / village, small animals
  • hexes that have tokens - large animals will be farthest from basecamp
    • price of token is determined by number on hex. IE you might pay more for the same token depending on which hex it's on.

  • Each country will sell some cards that favour their strengths
  • they will also all sell essentials

  3. hunting - Tibet
    • lots of hunting generating cards
    • mountains (1 to cross), forest, caves, temples (food)
  4. travel - Nepal
    • lots of travel generating cards
      • boots, rope etc
    • high mountains (2 to cross), forest, caves
      • no extra food!!! hard to travel
