1. Wrapped up document uploading/tagging
2. Added routine lab requisition form for Edmonton. There are a couple of new links in the Labs area in ChartView. The first one should generate a pdf lab form that has patient/doctor information but no tests are checked off. The second one should generate a pdf lab form that also has some of the blood tests checked off. You can still make modifications to them before you print them. If they look okay, I'll work on the microbiology lab requisition; that'll take roughly one day. Let me know about other lab form templates you want me to set up.

1. Continued to work on logging; still more testing required
   1. logging was messed up by non existing patients being allowed to have appointments
2. Passwords issue: mike to check with Zaw.
3. Away next week: Gone on 16th, back on the 27th (can meet on 27th)
