• Zaw:
  • get beta site up and running with wolf data.
  • wolf proprietary files uploaded as well
  • helped holly with document tagging

• need to track full history of meds
• dosage can change
• change start date to refill date
  • bury the start date in the “edit”
• default to continuous

• refill
  • choice between days or by mg, ml, tablets etc. Will not have end date (manually enter date).
  • when they select episodic by accident in group refill, the warning message should tell them to add it manually after.

• no frequency in meds data. Zaw to check data. Send robin an email if data is missing.

• we have a special data field for calgary etc…
• IHC, Waiting List, Walk In

• mandatory fields should be red. Sumiko to file a bug with info about which is mandatory.

• Everytime you visit chart it should jump out at you. Pop up box shows alert in middle of screen and needs feedback whenever the patient is accessed (scheduler, chart etc). Zaw Add Global Alert to patient demographics.
  • ex) health care card invalid, HIV, abusive patient fired
• levels of alerts Jackson. Redesign reminder panel. Can't exist only on patient chart.

• need backup server
• buy 500 gb server
• mirror it. We will need 2 machines.
• Zaw send needs to Jon. Minnie to execute. Zaw talk to Minnie.

• Jackson to follow up with Donna on whether oscar has it (logging).
• Jackson touch base with labs guy. Explain things and make plan/schedule.

• Zaw to send log in info for emr.medcloud.ca to sumiko etc.
