  • reception is confused by schedule on chart view
  • schedule should affect chart person selected
    • but selecting encounter should not change the schedule
  • schedule is doctor's appointment schedule. Has nothing to do with chart.
  • old encounters should not fill into the form.
  • click new/create to add encounter. Should always be at top regardless of sorting etc.
