1. I understand and acknowledge that during my contract services with the Company I have received or been exposed to trade secrets of the Company including, but not limited to:
Company marketing and strategic growth plans
Financial proformas and proposals
Investor and client networks, databases and research
Real estate and venture capital project analysis
Syndication models and private equity structures
Partnership arrangements with developers, manufacturers, and 3rd parties
Due diligence information on company offerings and those of competitors
Proprietary data, both company and those of affiliates, competitors and outside sources
