IT Support Analyst & Trainer (Part Time)

We are currently recruiting for an information system professional as an IT Support Analyst & Trainer for our web application.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide consistent, timely response to users’ support requests
- Help maintain, manage and troubleshoot the software, Desktops/Laptops, Network Devices, Printers
- Local on site training for new users of our software
- Create and manage related documentation

Additional requirements:
- Must be willing to go onsite (in Edmonton) during office hours as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:
- health industry, training, web application support
