We are a start up company providing web based Electronic Medical Records software for medical clinics. We already have 2 clinics scheduled to open in late January, early February 2012. One is in Calgary and one in Edmonton.

This position is a work from home position most of the time. When our users have problems with our software/hardware, they will call you for support. You will be the “go to” IT person. Some problems would require you to go into the Edmonton clinic on occasion like to check equipment and things. Some problems will need you to get in touch with the Calgary software development team to resolve. Also, you would need to go into the Edmonton clinic to train our customers on how to use our software.

The hours for this job is part time, as needed. It will fluctuate and increase as we get more clinics and customers. The position should pay between $15-$25/hour depending on experience/qualifications. This rate would increase if we hire more people to work under you.
