I do believe that I am the most qualified candidate for this IT position, because I have over 20 years' professional experience of computer help desk and network administration in a few organizations across China, Singapore and Canada, I live in Edmonton and you can call me Jeff, now I work for the University of Alberta as a computer support analyst.

I have excellent knowledge and experience with all kinds of cut edge hardware and software techniques including Cisco, IBM, HP, Dell and Microsoft server/client products , also I've excellent problem solving, planning, leadership and interpersonal skills, the users' satisfaction is always my top priority.

I am very familiar with Microsoft Windows 2008/2003 servers, as well as different IT services such as Microsoft Exchange 2010/2003 server, backup, wireless, firewall and spam filter etc., most of my computer network administrator courses at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology are based on MCSE and CCNA/CCNP, I had received top marks (95% and 85% for two semesters) in my class.
