I forgot to give you the contact information for the Integration Coordination Centre (ICC). You will need to contact them and request the ICC eDelivery Subscription form. You should also ask for details on the communication setup for the Provincial Health Integration Engine (pHIE). You will receive results by connecting to pHIE.

• (Thursday 15-Dec-2011) Called Alberta Health Services - Client Services & Laboratory Inquiries at 1-877-868-6848. They (Cheryl 780-342-8250) seemed to understand our situation. She says she'll look up who can guide us through the process and get back to me on Monday.

• (Thursday 15-Dec-2011) Cheryl says their IT people (Security Office) will contact me to guide us through the process, for both Calgary Lab Services and Dynalife. If they don't do so within a few days, we're to contact Cheryl.
