- Are we going to be able to manually add a billing code to the EMR for submission if we don't currently have it?
- changing the status of an appointment, such as, arrived, no show, cancelled, etc. can we have it set up so the receptionist can just right click on the appointment in the schedule and have a drop down of those options to select from there? That way they won't have to open the appointment to make those changes. It will make that step more efficient for the receptionist.
