Summer is over already… and my schedule is just starting to lighten up… I think by Tues I will be free enough to start my web work again… for the cccbpa and jacklyn wants some work done for piano-works… ok maybe wed or thurs… *fingers crossed*… I watched some TV last night at home… seems like I haven't watched tv at home for over 3 weeks…

So I passed on the bonded leather couches… I have been spending so much money with all the travelling and stuff… my brother gave me a neat little drill for helping with the wedding stuff… it will definetly increase the probability of me building some of my furniture I bought but have left in boxes in my house :P :)

my brother's wedding went very well… very smooth… and I did my best man speech pretty smooth as well… considering I was up at 3am the night before writing it. :P :) Man tho… that was a crazy busy weekend… :P :) that's all for now… later peeps

man… things are so busy… How is it that August ended up being so crazy? My busyness was suppose to peak at the end of June… so what's new with me? not too much…

the hermit crabs are doing really good… all 10 of them survived their transport via my thermos in my luggage… which is really lucky since air canada lost my luggage so it took a few days to make to calgary… Cuba was pretty cool… really hot actually… but snorkling was pretty fun… feeding the fish… we also went deep sea fishing… and I caught a pretty big baracuda… I don't think I am the all inclusive type… I prefer to explore and wander… when my family was sleeping on the beach I was almost always in the water snorkling with the fishes… that's why I got sun burned so badly…

feeling pretty tired lately… which sucks considering I just got back from vacation like 2 weeks ago! :P :) … I need to get more exercise…

I have been eyeing these 2 leather couches that are on sale until Aug 10… they are “bonded” leather so are quite a bit cheaper… I don't know too much about bonded leather except that it a bunch of little pieces bonded together as opposed to a large piece of animal skin… the bonded leather looks like leather and feels like it, but I guess it's more a synthetic fibre than anything… more about leather http://www.raftertales.com/decorate/home-furnishings/buying-a-leather-sofa/

man… I have been eating so unhealthy this week… last night I had two mozza burgers for dinner… and the night before that I had taco time… and the night before that I had donuts, chips and sour cream for midnight snack… and tonite? …I won't have time to cook since I need to cut my grass and do laundry… hmmm… what will I end up eating…

Last night (wed) I went to a prescreening of batman at sunridge spectrum… my coworker won some free tickets and invited me… how could I say no to a free prescreening? The movie was really good… like reeeaallly good… but don't get your expectations too high or it might ruin it for you… :) This year I rank my theatre watched movies from best to worst as… Batman (excellent), Chronicles of Narnia 2 (excellent), Get Smart(excellent), Iron Man(excellent), Spiderwick Chronicles(good), Indiana Jones 3(good), Kung Fu Panda(good), The Forbidden Kingdom(terrible)… the top 3 being “buy worthy” when they come out on DVD… and there's still more to watch! Incredible hulk, love guru, Wall-e, hellboy2(director of pan's labyrinth), harry potter, tropic thunder, journey to the center of the earth(3d)…

man… this summer's movies have been so much better than last summer's… I think in aaalllll of 2007, there was only… ratatouille(excellent), Golden compass(excellent), harry potter(good), transformers(good), stardust(good), spiderman 3(good), pirates 3(ok), maybe… hmmm… I should add a rating on the top of my webpage… the movie industry has really picked up… it seems like for awhile there after lord of the rings and star wars finished, there was nothing to watch…

so I have written a whole blog entry about movies from 2007-early 2008… I guess I am movie buff…
