Long time no blog… man things have been so crazy lately… doesn't even feel like I had a long weekend. I will be taking days off work for sure as soon as I am able…

Ministry wise, things are starting to really ramp up as well… I hope I can keep my sanity :)

So Pastor Kat was back this weekend… it was nice seeing her again… it also brought everyone closer together as well, if you know what I mean… like a family reunion or something… so what did we do all weekend? …. eat and eat… and eat… and eat some more… oh and play boardgames… who knew P Kat liked boardgames so much… :) She kept telling me to play/buy Settlers of Catan… I also have a coworker that keeps telling me that too. I don't really have any interest though… it seems so hyped up and doesn't really sound fun…

So summer hasn't even started yet and I have had 2 BBQ's at my house… Maybe I'll finally figure out how to make those honey peach wings :)

Man… things are crazy busy right now… my next two weekends are completely booked solid… aiii…. ministry meetings… social gatherings… etc etc…

hi ho… So I had all these grandesque plans to have everyone over for dinner and organize a gameboard night with prizes and everything… been planning it for probably 6 months… but my schedule has suddenly turned to pure crazyiness… so stay tuned… hopefully I will still be able to plan something… although it'll probably be a bit less than grandesque. I don't even know if grandesque is actually a word. If it isn't, what I meant was superawesomelycool. :) later peeps.

I am totally psyched… There is a 24-7 prayer room opening up Sunday, March 9th to the 16th at Brentview Baptist Church (near the london drugs by the university). There actually hasn't been one for a really long time in Calgary, apart from the Global Day of Prayer ones and Urban Monastery ones which weren't publicized very much. So I am psyched!!! :)

For awhile there it felt like I was maintaining the web stuff for no reason… and almost felt like the ministry was going to disintegrate… but someone has taken the lead and he sounds really passionate too, so it's really exciting… make sure you check out the prayer room next week. So work has been ridiculously busy… :P :) and ministry is really starting to pick up now too… I was originally going to plan a gameboard/birthday party at my house either the first or second sat of March… but now my saturdays are being eaten up by ministry… hmmmm…
Today at work, I ate a ridiculously large amount of pizza… 7 pieces… 5 at lunch and 2 around dinner… that can't be good for the heart…
So I heard that Brentview is hosting a 24/7 prayer room in March… I am not sure who it is open to yet… but hopefully it's city wide… that would be awesome… we haven't had one in a while that was properly organized and/or promoted… we'll see….
