So tonite, I made “chow men” for dinner. I chose the small wok. I should have choosen the big one. The noodles, “gnah choi” (sprouts) and many other ingredients on the floor attest to that. On a completely separate note, what do you think of the new “temporary” layout for this site?

I am totally getting back into the flow of things… starting to cook dinners again… and I am going to pack sandwiches tonite!!! 7 of them… :)

I know this sounds bad.. but I missed church on Sunday and stayed home and read some devotions, listened to some worship music and spent some time in my prayer room… but it was one of the best morning's I've had in awhile… It totally put some zip into my feet… I was just bubbling over with energy the entire day… as some can attest to when I went crazy with the horn at Kings b-day… well… off to mass produce sandwiches :)

Well, I guess now that I am back into the the thick of things, I won't have much time to work on this website anymore… I will keep blogging but website facelifts/features may be sporatic to non-existent…

Not much new with me… mmm… I bought a wood bench the other day for my living room… it's going to go against the wall, where the wood panelling used to be… I still have to build it and stain/paint it… and yes I did actually buy an unfinished piece of furniture… I thought it would be kinda fun… and would be easier to get the colour I wanted… we'll see when I have time to do that! :P :) well… I'm off for now…

Well, I am having trouble sleeping… I think it's cuz I am still in productivity mode… so I am blogging! :P :) It's 2008 now so I figured I would ponder the most memorable moments of 2007. Briefly, the major things include (in no particular order):

• Mexico missions trip / drug rehab centre
• James' funeral
• My trip to the hospital
• Road trip to Winnipeg / Grand Beach
• New Pastor
• Joining the CCCBPA exec
• David Copperfield

I guess it was less of a ponder and more of a list… maybe I will ponder more in my next entry…

Everything is so busy already! It feels like I didn't even have a Christmas break… sooo… I took monday off work… not to relax, but to catch up on some ministry work… and get some much needed sleep…

So not much new with me… I've pretty much adapted to NE building I am working at now… It's not bad… except that it's in no-wheres-ville… like by the airport… it's only 10 minutes from home… but it's pretty far from Jenny's house… The new location isn't bad, but I guess I won't be going to midtown coop or sentry box or galaxy diner anymore… Maybe i'll do some shopping on Monday…

speaking of which… I have been receiving packages pretty regularly in the mail… I guess before Christmas, I ordered a bunch of stuff… and now it's all arriving slowly… it's kinda fun cuz I never remember what I bought so it's like getting presents… and if I see the package in the morning, it makes my mood that much better… I am not a morning person…

I don't know how I missed this news, but here it is incase you did. It's pretty sad and scary at the same time… I couldn't imagine if a gunman showed up at our church… hopefully this isn't a start of a trend… like the whole school shooting thing… They should bring in Rev Dale Lang to give a talk… hmmm… it kinda hits closer to home… Lots of people in Calgary are or were involved with YWAM… like the Worship at the U worship leaders etc…
