Software progress

  • SOAP / Patient chart
  • Locking / Logging
    • In progress; database schema determined; some preliminary code changes made but more testing required
  • ACTION Jon to send routes of admin and frequency etc
    • free form entry as well.
  • Mike working on back end for locking
  • referal letter / consult letter
    • Letter also has a variety of patient info
    • letter back from referral accepting patient
    • consult letter comes back after from specialist
    • these should be linked together
  • 3rd party billing feature
    • print a day sheet with
    • patient name, health care no, date, physician, icd9 code, billing codes.
    • table with doctors days patients and times.

Billing / Labs

  • Zaw: Called on Wednesday - we're on the “priority list” for IT-related calls. I'll call again this week.

Live Server

  • sticking with Medcloud.ca
  • EMR software names:
    • Mike: efficacy, essentialEMR, corepractice, chiefcomplaint, passkhein (greek root word for patient)

IT / Hiring

  • Sam and corey sourcing different hardware.
  • Jackson contacted 4 people. One reply for skype interview.
