  • Helping reception upload and scan files.
    • Process problems. Scanning and uploads were stopped because colleen told MOA to stop because medaccess people said documents in our current system won't transfer over to medaccess. Does MedAccess not import documents? Jon to ask MedAccess rep to confirm.
  • Progress on deieciency list is minimal.
    • mostly fixing problems that come up.
    • bandwidth problems
      • also affecting VOIP.
      • EMR slow.
        • considering setting up onsite live server with cloud “updates”.
          • pia concerns
            • will have data at the clinic onsite.
          • failover? server down?
  • Mysterious appointment moving to another day.
    • Logs report correctly. 9:50 Tuesday created.
      • hard to track because people are sharing accounts.
      • MOA's can see chart view now so they shouldn't be sharing accounts anymore.
    • Doctor has a reserved time during that time. Double bookings.
    • Called patients and patients confirmed that the appointments are on the right date.
    • Linda is going to talk to Doctor to find out availability.
