• Implementing logging of locking and unlocking of the SOAP notes

• Added role restrictions based on access table (without features requiring patient-consent and AlliedHealth stuff)
• Different interface for Receptionist, Doctor/Nurse, Administrator
• Only Administrators can add users/staff and rooms (password sent in email notification)
• User/staff can change email (or Administrator can reset password)
